65 - 67 early stainless steel trim clip short for the early model (concave) type trim. These clips and fasteners are all stainless steel. US made. These are also the correct stud size / thread diameter (same as the factory ones) so you don't need to drill out your body to install these.
Who welds a part like this with 83 year old technology? Welding weakens the strength of a stud this size. We use, correct, advanced engineering processes to make our parts. These fasteners are self clinching studs that are used in aircraft applications, yes aircraft, because of their strong, permanent high push-out and torque-out performance credentials. These are not simply press in fasteners as some purport. Ask yourself after looking at the 2nd photo. Do you think this would ever rotate after being pressed in?
