If Nissan no longer makes a part you are purchasing then there is no warranty. It is up to you, the consumer, to ask what warranties are offered at time of purchase. The only warranties applying to our part(s) are those which may be offered by the manufacturers, if any., Inc. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied; including any implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this part (s) and or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from, Inc. any consequential damages, damages to property or person, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages. Any part (s) purchased should be installed by authorized and qualified mechanics approved by their state Bureau of Automotive Repair to be researched by and the responsibility of the consumer purchasing goods from, Inc. is not affiliated with Nissan Motor Corporation of North America or Nissan Motor Company of Japan.
