1600/2000 Stainless steel brake hose set. Upgrade from the original rubber hose set. See part # 1533 for rubber hoses. Comes with new sealing washers.
PART# 1563 MADE ENTIRELY IN USA BY GOODRICH Our brake hoses have the correct SAE hex head, matching the original Nissan hose, to properly allow the hose to be indexed in the star holder bracket on the car. This allows you to move the brake hose away from any suspension pieces mainly the front springs.
Nissan designed it this way. This indexing is important as it will not allow the brake hose to rotate once secured in place with the U-shaped clip. 2nd photo - A customer sent us this photo of a local speed shop in New Hampshire that made them a brake hose with an undersized hex which does not index with the star therefore the hose can not be set away from the being pinched by the suspension. He returned it and bought our set.
