One newer technology would have been a CNC process, still laser cutting, leaves no witness marks and is better suited for a cleaner part. One important element of mechanical engineering is selecting the manufacturing process best suited for the part and the application and applying that process without a budget mentality; we chose the right one.

These are laser cut so they are smooth around all the edges. Our parts have no burrs or sharp machining start and end points to cut yourself on (SEE PHOTOS WITH WHITE BACKROUND PRETTY TERRIBLE C & C PARTS) and to distract from their perfect look and fit.
