Most laser cutters, if they are configured improperly, with the wrong mix of oxygen and nitrogen, you will inevitably see burn marks on the part being cut, such as seen in the photo of the grille back shown below our part. Our grille backs are cut on a fiber laser cutter which allows smooth and clean passes with a very fine finish on the cut edges.
