Nissan discontinued the original external woven cloth on the outside all the hoses decades ago because the woven material did not last. A manufacturing change was made so the woven material would exist inside the rubber hose and protected where it would not become compromised from engine room heat and exposure to fluids that would contaminate the hose. In addition, being sandwiched in between the rubber during expansion pressures it can not expand and rupture like the woven hoses do unexpectedly being on the outside of the hose. That is why every hose on every car made today uses this better internal webbing technology. People on the net offer a 1 year warranty on woven hoses, but the hoses usually will fail after 5 years. Our hose is lifetime warranty.
We know you like the original look of a woven hose, just know they don't really last.
Datsun Roadster 65 - 67 1/2 1600 lower radiator hose. NOTE: The pictured hose is not the B1503-14602 right hand drive radiator hose, that is being sold on the internet by other companies, that requires the installer to twist the hose to clear the fan blades. The correct hose for the early cars is B1503-14702 and requires no special positioning to install. This may be used on RH drive cars if trimmed slightly. AFTERMARTKET JAPAN
