Datsun Roadster U20 hardened Intake Valve Seats AFTERMARKET USA
U20 replacement premium quality intake valve seats. Theses seats replace the stock brass seats which are prone to dropping out causing damage. Composition: 42.0% Nickel, 7.5 % moly, 12.0% chrome, 3.0% silicon, 2.10% carbon, 2.0% vanadium remaining % iron & other elements. Be sure to replace the old brass seats at your next dis- assembly. Sold as a set of 4.
The O.D. of these seats are slightly larger than stock, .003 to .004, to allow for a proper press fit into the cylinder head casting. Setting of the seat height and depth is within the ability of any skilled machinest.
