These Datsunparts.com water tubes are the thickest walled stainless steel pipes on the market! Why? Simply because there is No buckling in the corner bends.
Hand machined and made with jigs to insure quality and consistency. These US sourced stainless tubes fit onto the back of your 1600 heat shield. You can use Part# 1161 68 - 70 on early cars by extending to the water pump nipple with a 1/2" ID American hose as long as you don't kink it in the middle or just use our correct, preformed Japanese hose like the original Nissan hose. Look at the photos. Take a look at the curved areas on the blue back round and take note how smooth the curves are in the bends. Thick walled stainless part weighs 152 grams and bends well in the turns without unsightly buckling when using thinner walled material on imported products. The bead roll on the tubes are defined/crisp and large like the original and consistently all the very same size, as they should be.
