Steering Manufacturing

All our steering components have been reverse engineered from the original Nissan parts. We do not use Chinese parts or parts made in India. We worked with a team of 3 engineers here in Orange County, California  to make sure that you would receive safe parts that would not endanger you or your family members. Other vendors use CAGS defective Chinese steering component run that was rejected 4 times in testing by Rare Parts Inc. siting numerous issues with heat treating, spring loading tension, undersized ball studs and undersized/weak castings. Proprietary tooling was constructed from US engineered drawings and subsequent production samples were sent to Rare Parts for examination and approval. Every part we made was tested and passed the 1st inspection with a certificate outlining a near perfect  correlation between print and manufactured part.
